A group of scientists have filed a lawsuit against the Environmental Protection Agency.<br />According to court documents, the Union of Concerned Scientists has filed the suit, which argues the EPA has instituted an attempt to delegitimize science.<br />The suit is also being supported by Dr. Elizabeth Sheppard, a professor at the University of Washington School of Public Health and a member of the EPA Clean Air Scientific Advisory Committee. <br />
