<p>A US Coast Guard ice cutter broke through an ice jam on Saturday, January 27, that had plagued the Kennebec River in Maine, causing flooding in the area.</p><p>A flood warning had been issued last week near Augusta, but it was rescinded once the river fell below flood level on Friday, a news report said</a>.
