Spokane, Wa, USA has the distinction in new of the 5th worst auto theft rates in America.\r<br>\r<br>Today I was fortunate enough to recover my bike after a theft, and before they were able to load it into a truck from the neighboring house where they had stashed it.\r<br>\r<br>The thieves are Jesse Azure, and David Wilson, of Spokane WA.\r<br>It seems that they had stolen the bike and stashed it in the parking enclosure to the house on the corner about 1 pm. \r<br> I drove away from home at 5 pm sharp. While stopped at the light at 5:01, I saw my bike and stopped them from loading it up. By 5:03 they were gone, I had moved my car out of the way, got the witnesss cont info and started my call to the police. The police had found the vehicle by 5:58 and were able to identify both thieves by the pictures I sent them. \r<br>\r<br>Apparently Mr. Azure had a lot of cash on his person, as well as public assistance food cards.\r<br>\r<br>The truck had stolen tools, including a chainsaw, and the lawn mower is probably stolen too, but at this time the true owner is not known.
