Good morning, we had another freezing start to the day, upper regions had lows way below minus 10 degrees Celsius so dress in layers.<br /><br /> But the temperature readings will rise rapidly and by the afternoon, Seoul will finally see readings in the positive territory and readings will remain at seasonal averages until Friday. <br /><br /> On that note, here are the readings for today. Seoul will rise to 1 degree Celsius, while southern provinces including Daegu and Gwangju will have similar highs to yesterday at 3 degrees Celsius.
