YouTuber Adam Spires reports on the current state of Cape Town's major dam and water supplier.<br /><br />The video, shot in May 2017, show Spires as he videos himself and uses drone footage to show the dam now mostly dry.<br /><br />The reportage has surfaced online on the day Democratic Alliance leader Mmusi Maimane announced that Day Zero for the drought-stricken City of Cape Town has been pushed back to April 16, 2018.<br /><br />The original date was April 12 when dam levels are expected to be at 13.5 percent. Dam levels currently stand at 26.3 percent.
