Actor Davis Schwimmer has penned an essay for NBC News about sexual harassment.<br />In the essay the 'Friends' star says in the workplace sexual harassment.<br />Schwimmer reveals his mother, a prominent family law attorney, dealt with years of sexual harassment.<br />Schwimmer and his sister grew up hearing horror stories about how badly she was treated.<br />The actor revealed that he and Israeli filmmaker Sigal Avin launched an anti-harassment campaign called That's Harassment. <br />
