Although the Fox News Channel continues to hold an edge over their rival MSNBC, the scales are tipping.<br />According to recently released Nielsen ratings, Rachel Maddow is on top of evening cable news, pushing Sean Hannity down to number 2.<br />Although Maddow and Hannity are in a tight running for the top cable news show, her show averages 678,000 viewers between 25 and 54, compared to his show's average 660,000 viewers.<br />But Hannity is still on top of total viewers, with 3.27 million, compared to Maddow's 3 million viewers. <br />
