A spokesman for the government in Myanmar says a petrol bomb was thrown at a lakeside villa of the country's State Councilor Aung San Suu Kyi on Thursday.<br /> She was out at the time and no one was injured, but housing equipment was said to be partially damaged.<br />Police are said to be searching for a male suspect and they have not yet commented on a possible motive. <br />It was a rare attack on the Nobel Peace Prize laureate who enjoys strong domestic support.<br />But, she has been heavily criticized globally for failing to stake a stand against army abuses against Rohingya Muslims. <br />
