<br /> Robert Wagner has been named a person of interest a drowning death.<br />The drowning happened 40 years ago.<br />The victim was his then wife, actress Natalie Wood.<br />CBS is investigating Natalie Wood's drowning for the series 48-Hours.<br />LAPD said Wagner is the "last person to be with Natalie before she disappeared.”<br />Wagner has not commented to CBS or 48-Hours. <br />
