Many are incensed with a Judge's decision in the trial of Benjamin Petty, a cook at a Baptist church camp in Oklahoma.<br />Petty pleaded guilty to tying up a 13-year-old camper, raping and sodomizing her, and then threatening her if she told anyone. <br />But Judge Wallace Coppedge sentenced Petty to just 15 years probation, with no prison time. <br />Petty's attorney says his client "certainly is being punished," by being forced to wear an ankle monitor for 24 months and register as a sex offender. <br />
