This is the moment kind-hearted bystanders helped a man by picking up dozens of bank notes which blew away in a gust of wind.<br /><br />A security camera video of the incident, which took place in Shuangyashan City in northern China's Heilongjiang Province on January 27, shows a wad of notes dropping from a man's pocket and blowing down the street.<br /><br />When the bystanders notice what's happening, they jump into action and grab as many of the notes as possible. <br /><br />They then returned the notes to the owner.
