Second Woman Comes Forward Claiming Alabama Doctor Inappropriately Touched Her

Another former patient of Dr. Michael Dick of Decatur, Alabama says he inappropriately touched her. Dick was arrested earlier this week and faces misdemeanor harassment charges.
