"Do you know who I am??<br /><br />A judge denied Shia LaBeouf’s outrageous claims that he can’t be sued for defamation because he is a celebrity in court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.<br /><br />The Transformers actor was sued by David Bernstein after he unleashed a drunken rant on him when the bartender refused to continue serving him alcohol.<br /><br />called Bernstein a “f**king racist b***h,” and yelled “Wake up, this motherf***ker is a racist,” during his shocking rant.<br /><br />Radar obtained exclusive footage from the night LaBeouf unloaded on Bernstein.<br /><br />WATCH VIDEO HERE<br /><br />Bernstein sued LaBeouf for “assault, slander...and intentional infliction of emotional distress,” according to court docs obtained by Radar, but LaBeouf was served a bitter blow to his case when the judge ruled against him in court on February 2, 2018.<br /><br />“Motion of defendant Shia LaBeouf to strike first amended complaint is denied,” court documents exclusively obtained by Radar stated.<br /><br />LaBeouf had claimed Bernstein’s lawsuit was “frivolous” and the bartender was suing him because his “celebrity status turned what would have otherwise been a wholly private encounter … into a matter of significant public interest.”<br /><br />PHOTOS: Change Of Pace!
