Satellite images of North Korea's Mirim Parade Training Facility taken on Monday show expanded preparations for Thursday's military parade.<br /> According to U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North, roughly 13-thousand troops -- up from twelve-thousand last week -- were in formation at Kim Il-sung Square, practicing for the parade.<br />Only a small number of artillery pieces and armored fighting vehicles can be seen,... which may be because some are stored at nearby military facilities.<br />38 North says... there are no signs of ballistic missile or unmanned aerial vehicle launchers on the parade ground or storage area. <br />
