<p>Residents of the Irish midlands town of Bailieborough, Cavan, were shocked to find a herd of cattle roaming through the town’s main street after they broke out of a nearby field on Wednesday, January 31.</p><p>According to local veterinarian Amanda Hanratty,</a> who shared a clip of the cattle to Facebook, the herd broke loose from a nearby paddock and roamed down the town’s main street.</p><p>Fortunately for the herd, Hanratty said they got home “safe and sound”.</p><p>The clip had earned over 34,000 views at the time of writing.
