This is the amusing moment a little girl plots to sell her brother to the pet store so she can buy an owl toy.<br /><br />The footage, captured in Tolland County, shows the youngster with her dad watching her sibling playing in the snow.<br /><br />'How did your brother get so silly?' says the father.<br /><br />To which the girl, called Rachel, replies: 'I don't know, I think we should sell him.<br /><br />The father can be heard laughing in the background before digging deeper into the girl's plans. <br /><br />Rachel then explains why they should sell her brother, saying: "Something in him is wrong."<br /><br />'One dollar or two dollars or three?' she says about a possible price. She later brings up $54.<br /><br />'I really really wanted a toy owl, so that's what I'm going to spend it on,' she explains.<br /><br />The dad then announces the plan to Rachel's brother: ''Jason, we're going to go sell you to the pet store."<br /><br />But Rachel takes on negotiations: ''Don't worry Jason, we'll get you back.''<br /><br />The dad says Jason was ok with the plan. <br /><br />Rachel's dad writes: ''I took my kids sledding at a local school in our hometown.<br /><br />''The building across the field makes a really clear echo when you make noise but Rachel wasn't aware of this. <br /><br />''She saw her brother screaming at the ground and told me that something was wrong with her brother and that we should sell him.<br /><br />''Rachel eventually got a toy owl by the way.''
