A building collapses in front of a moving car on a street in Taiwan following Tuesday night's earthquake.<br /><br />In the dash-cam video, filmed on a mobile phone, the building topples near the cars on Guosheng Street in Hualien yesterday (February 6).<br /><br />Dash-cam footage shows the entire building collapsed. Cars narrowly avoided the rubble while dust flies everywhere.<br /><br />At least four people have died and more than 200 injured in quakes that have rocked the island's east coast since February 4.
