Lawrence Everton recorded a large group of sharks in St Francis Bay, South Africa, on February 4, 2018.

Lawrence told Storyful he was on a regular daily patrol as a security guard at the Kromme river estate when he was called to a river creek, where he heard splashing. He spotted what he called “smooth greyhound sharks, [looking] like they were stuck up the creek because of the low tide or they could be spawning.”

When he went back later that day, he said, the tide had come back in and the sharks were gone.
