<p>A police officer was dragged by a speeding car from a traffic stop in Round Rock, Texas, on February 7.</p><p>Dashcam footage released by the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office shows the officer speaking to the driver of the car, who appears intoxicated. After asking him a number of times to hand over his keys and produce his license and proof of insurance, the driver suddenly speeds away, dragging the deputy with him.</p><p>Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody posted the video to Twitter and confirmed that the deputy was ok following the incident.
