More details are coming out about Kate Upton’s claim against the Guess co-founder.<br /><br />Speaking with TIME magazine, Upton said Paul Marciano assaulted her when she was 18. She walked into a meeting with him, and as soon as she did Paul came up to her, forcibly grabbing her breasts and started playing with them. <br /><br />After she pushed him away he said he was making sure they were real.<br /><br />She added that despite doing everything she could physically do to avoid his touch throughout the meeting, he continued to touch her in a very dominating and aggressive way - like grabbing her things, her arms to pull her closer, her shoulders to pull her closer, her neck, her breasts, and even smelling her.<br /><br />At one point he ever forcibly grabbed the back of her head and started kissing her face and neck, to which she wiggled away.<br /><br />Marciano describes the allegations as absolutely false and preposterous.<br /><br />Kate says that the next day she was fired from the shoot for getting fat.<br />
