The South Korean government says North Korea is increasingly committed to improving inter-Korean relations.<br /> Seoul's Unification Ministry said Sunday that the government will make efforts to continue the momentum of inter-Korean dialogue sparked by the three-day visit made by North Korea's high-level delegation.<br />It said the basic foundation to discuss inter-Korean issues between the leaders of the two Koreas was created, with the understanding of pending issues on the Korean peninsula enhanced through their recent meetings. <br />However, while the foundation for a peaceful resolution was created, the ministry admitted there was no tangible progress towards the process of denuclearization. <br />
