<br /> Following actor Mark Salling’s suicide, the child pornography case against him has officially been dismissed.<br />Salling pleaded guilty in December 2017 and agreed to serve the jail time followed by 20 years of supervised release.<br />The 'Glee' star was found dead in a park near his San Fernando Valley home on January 30.<br />Officials confirmed his cause of death was asphyxia as a result of hanging. <br />
