Our top story this morning...<br />U.S. Vice President Mike Pence -- fresh from his trip to South Korea for the PyeongChang Winter Olympics -- has reportedly said Washington is open to dialogue with North Korea.<br /> Pence told the Washington Post that South Korea and the U.S. have agreed to further engage North Korea and the US will pursue a policy of "maximum pressure and engagement at the same time."<br />U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson also said Monday it will be "up to North Korea" to decide the time to engage in meaningful talks with the U.S.<br />He added North Korea is aware what has to be on the table for conversations to take place. <br />
