Rainfall Blocks Roads and Floods Homes as Storm Hits Philippines

<p>Tropical Storm Sanba hit the Philippines on February 13, causing landslides and flooding in the southern part of the country and leading to the deaths</a> of at least four people.</p><p>The Philippine Coast Guard said</a> around 3,982 people were stranded at different ports across the country due to the stormy conditions.</p><p>Rescue workers</a> cleared debris from main roads and manned evacuation centers as the storm advanced</a> towards the Mindanao and the Visayan Islands.</p><p>These videos show people wading through waterlogged streets.
