Ras al-Khaimah, one of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates, is hosting a 10-week fitness challenge to tackle obesity - with a lucrative incentive. <br /> It is being co-hosted by the health ministry and the RAK Hospital and will award 500 dirham, or 136 U.S. dollars, for each kilogram lost.<br />The so-called 'RAK Biggest Weight Loser Challenge' is open to all Ras Al Khaimah residents over the age of 18 and will run from this Saturday to April 28th. <br />
