Investigators looking into Sunday's passenger plane crash in Russia have linked iced speed sensors to the accident. <br /> The Saratov Airlines jet went down just minutes after taking off from an airport near Moscow, killing all 71 people on board.<br />After studying the flight recorder, Russia's Interstate Aviation Committee said instruments began displaying different speed readings. <br />The committee also noted that the pilots may be to blame as they failed to turn on the heating unit for the plane's measuring equipment prior to take off. <br />
