President Moon Jae-in says the United States has expressed a willingness to talk to North Korea.<br /> He made remarks during a summit Tuesday with his Latvian counterpart,... where he asked for Latvia's support for efforts toward a resumption of dialogue between Washington and Pyongyang.<br />The Latvian leader recognized the South Korean leader's efforts to make the 2018 event an "Olympics for Peace."<br />He said the recent visit to the South by the sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un was meaningful in that it sent out a strong message from the regime to the rest of the world. <br />
