<p>The Australian government contributed to disaster relief efforts from Tropical Cyclone Gita in Tonga by delivering emergency supplies on February 12.</p><p>The Australian Defence Force said</a> they responded to requests for assistance made by the Tongan government ahead of the category 5 storm hitting the island nation on February 13.
