Just ahead of the closing bell, the major trading indexes on Wall Street are all in the green, though barely.<br />After two tumultuous weeks, stocks are starting to settle, though it's not certain if volatility has left the marketplace for now.<br />Although the daily gains for Feb. 13th are marginal, it is the third straight day of growth.<br />The Dow Jones is up almost 60-points at 24,659. <br />
