<br /> <p>Visitors at Haleakalā National Park in Hawaii were greeted by a spectacular sunrise on Tuesday, February 13.</p><p>Sunrise is one of the most popular times at the national park, and officials one year ago instituted a trial reservation system that includes a fee.
