A bizarre flashing motorbiker was spotted in the streets of Samut Sakhon in Thailand. <br /><br />The brightly-lit motorbiker was seen waiting on the road decked out in multi-coloured lights, covering his moped and his entire body.<br /><br />He stood talking to a pedestrian before later pulling away. <br /><br />The filmer said: ''I don't know the man. I don't know why he was covered in lights. <br /><br />''There's no chance that cars would not be able to see him.
