<p>A possible tornado tore through</a> Uniontown, Pennsylvania, on February 15, with reports</a> of people trapped under the rubble and power outages.</p><p>More than 3,000 West Penn Power customers in Fayette County were reportedly</a> left without power as a result of the storm.
