Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has spoken out about a US grand jury's indictments of 13 Russians.<br />At a security conference in Munich Saturday, Lavrov dismissed the charges as "just blabber."<br />The Russians are charged with interfering in the 2016 presidential election.<br />But U.S. National Security Adviser H. R. McMaster said at the same conference that the evidence was "incontrovertible."<br />Lavrov replied, "I have no response." <br />
