The DOJ has indicted 13 Russians and three Russian organizations with highjacking the U.S. political process.<br />Starting in 2014, the Russians used false and stolen identities to stage pro-Trump and anti-Clinton political rallies.<br />By September 2016, the operation had a monthly budget of $1.25 million.<br />They manipulated real Americans with real ties to grassroots organizations to echo their political slogans. <br />
