The U.S. Defense Department says details of the postponed South Korea-U.S. joint military drills will be released next month when the PyeongChang Winter Olympics wrap up.<br /> In an email interview with Seoul-based Yonhap News Agency, the Pentagon spokesperson said... the drills -- Key Resolve and Foal Eagle -- which are usually held in late February or early March... were postponed to ensure the security of the Games and lower tensions in the region.<br />North Korea has been calling the drills invasion rehearsals and sees them as justification for the regime's provocations.<br />Seoul remains silent on the drills,... saying the schedule will be announced (quote) "at an appropriate time." <br />
