Court documents show R&B singer R. Kelly has been evicted.<br />The singer was kicked out of two Atlanta-area homes over unpaid rent.<br />According to court filings Kelly owes more than $31 000 in past due payments.<br /> Kelly paid $3,000 a month and $11,542 a month, respectively, for two homes.<br />The homes are just 2 miles apart.<br />The eviction is just the latest in the Kelly scandal.<br />Last year he was accused of imprisoning women in a sex cult. <br />
