A car fire shut down the Blackwall Tunnel in London on February 21. <br /><br />“Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers wearing breathing apparatus tackled the fire,” the London Fire Brigade’s website reported. “One car was badly damaged in the blaze.”<br /><br />The London Fire Brigade said that the “fire is under control,” but “local road closures and travel disruption is expected to continue for some time while the scene is cleared.”
