<p>The Toronto Transit Commission said</a> it would conduct an investigation as a video posted online appeared to show several transit officers and police officers pin down a black teenager.</p><p>The uploader of the video is quoted</a> in reports saying that two officers removed the teenager from the streetcar and pinned him to the ground before putting him in handcuffs. She said the teenager was held for 20 minutes before being put in a police car.</p><p>Reports said</a> the boy was immediately released.</p><p>A spokesperson for TTC is quoted</a> as saying the video caused great concern and that an investigation has started.</p><p>In one of the videos the man being held down can be heard saying “I didn’t do anything” and “you’re hurting me”.</p><p>These videos, posted on Sunday February 18, shows police and transit officers huddled over a person pinned to the ground.
