A man, who was paying more attention to his phone than the traffic on road, got knocked down by a dump truck but got back on his feet instantly.<br /><br />The man was trying to cross a busy street in Gujarat, India, on February 20. <br /><br />Footage from a CCTV camera shows the man engrossed in a conversation on his phone as he attempted to cross the street. <br /><br />He noticed a truck coming from his left and stepped back to let it pass, but he failed to take note of the dump truck coming from his right. <br /><br />The inattentive driver knocked down the pedestrian and fled the spot. <br /><br />The man took a brutal hit, rolled on the ground and was lucky to be thrown aside instead of ending up under the wheels. <br /><br />Amazingly, he got back up on his feet in an instant, bent down to pick up his phone and then proceeded to cross the road. <br /><br />The man remains unidentified. The traffic police said they have taken note of the incident and are trying to trace the driver to book him on a hit and run charge.
