Good morning, the capital area is waking up to winter wonderland again but temperatures are noticeably warmer. Let's talk a bit more about the snow. The capital saw nearly 4 centimeters overnight while PyeongChang saw even more, so you will need to drive with extra caution, despite the noticeably milder temperatures... roads are covered with ice and snow. <br /><br /> In fact, a heavy snow advisory is in place in parts of Gangwon-do Province, including PyeongChang, with more snowfall on the way through the morning hours,... while dryness has eased in the capital with plenty of sunshine on tap. <br /><br /> Despite the snow, Seoul is waking up to a low at the freezing mark, Daegu is having a colder morning at minus 3 degrees.
