Shifting focus to the GM crisis here in the nation,...<br />Upon discussions with GM International representatives currently in Seoul, top economic policymaker Kim Dong-yeon says,... due diligence must be completed before taking any action, while emphasizing 'three key principles' to abide by.<br /> Those are that the automaker play “a responsible role” in normalizing its operations here,... the state-funded Korea Development Bank and GM's local labor union should "share the pain,".... and tha the automaker should come up with a long-term plan instead of a quick fix.<br />The U.S. auto giant responded... that these principles were 'reasonable.' <br />
