Heather Locklear has had another run-in with the law.<br />The actress was busted for domestic violence and misdemeanor battery on a police officer.<br />Locklear's brother called police after allegedly witnessing Heather and her boyfriend fighting at her California home.<br />When Locklear was arrested, she allegedly kicked and hit three police officers.<br />She was taken to the hospital for evaluation.<br />Locklear was arrested for DUI and misdemeanor hit and run in 2008. <br />
