<p>Raffa Sarbach is used to the cold – he runs a restaurant in the Swiss Alps. But even he had to remark on the temperature on February 27, which hit a low of -21 degrees Celsius (-6 Fahrenheit).</p><p>To demonstrate the frigid air, he recorded a colleague throwing a bucket of water up in the air, where it instantly crystallized.
