Bilic: Spurs playing the best football this season

West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic heaps praise on tomorrow night's opponents Tottenham and believes Mauricio Pochettino's side are "playing the best football" in the Premier League this season, despite trailing leaders Chelsea by four points.
