Tourists and Londoners braved blizzard conditions crossing the Millennium Bridge earlier this afternoon (February 28). <br /><br />The bridge connects both St Paul's Cathedral and the Tate Modern gallery and sees a lot of tourists all year round. <br /><br />The storm today was part of the so-called "Beast from the East", a polar vortex which has brought exceptionally strong winds and snow across much of the UK.
