<p>A teenage Instagram star was arrested at a shopping mall in North Carolina by police after she allegedly kicked an officer on February 24.</p><p>Two police officers pinned 17-year-old model Victoria Waldrip to the floor at the Four Seasons Town Centre Mall on Saturday, February 24, according to the New York Post</a>. The teenager, whose Instagram name is ‘Woah Vicky’, was subsequently charged with trespassing, assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest, the report said. The scuffle reportedly prompted false fears of an active shooter in the mall.</p><p>The fair-skinned model, who has built a base of 107,000 followers on Instagram, regularly stokes controversy with racially-charged jokes and claims that she has black heritage based on an Ancestry.com DNA test.</p><p>Waldrip’s arrest was filmed by a friend.
