Local farmers joined efforts to help drivers stuck on a snowy road in Cumbria.<br /><br />The footage, captured on March 1 on the A685 near Brough, shows a tractor pulling an articulated lorry that had slipped off the road in the adverse driving conditions.<br /><br />The filmer writes: ''The local council had their snowplough constantly clearing the snow drifts to try and keep the road open.''<br /><br />''The local farmers were helping by using their tractors and the local mountain rescue team were also assisting where ever they could.<br /><br />''Its great to see so many different people and organisations working together to help others in such horrendous weather.''
