The trailer for “Solo: A Star Wars Story” finally dropped — but what are the odds that it will be any good? 41 years after we first met Han Solo, we’re finally going to learn his origin story. A lot of people have extremely high standards for the charismatic character, so obviously there’s a lot riding on the prequel.<br /><br />Han is known for being a bit of a man of mystery – although in the EU, Han was an orphan who was raised by an old crook. He was a TIE fighter pilot, helped Chewie escape imperial slavery, and then began to travel the galaxy in a ship Han won in a gambling match. But the movie’s origin won’t be consistent with this so we’ll just have to see what they come up with.<br /><br />Some think that the trailer shows how mundane the movie will be because so much was withheld — meaning they had to dearly hold on to the few good moments in the film. Also, they film switched directors three quarters of the way through, which seems a bit fishy. However, we’ll just have to see when it comes out if it can possibly live up to the renowned character.<br />
