<p>People ran down the sidewalk along the north side of the White House on Pennsylvania Avenue after a man fired a gun on March 3.</p><p>In this footage, police vehicles drive in the opposite direction from the people running.</p><p>The man fired a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and the Secret Service said</a> there were no other injuries.</p><p>DC Police Department</a> reported the man who fired the gun has been declared deceased.
