Hollywood's biggest stars will soon be taking to the red carpet for the 90th Academy Awards.<br /> It will start in a few hours and this year's Oscars is expected to be dominated by politics, the Me Too and Time's Up movements, as well as a heated competition for best picture. <br />Campaigns against sexual assault have been taking center stage at recent award ceremonies, but organizers for Sunday evening's ceremony say they want to focus on film.<br />This year's Oscars will be hosted by talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, who will be doing so for the second straight year. <br />Movies tipped for best picture include "The Shape of Water", "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri", "Get Out" and Christopher Nolan's war epic "Dunkirk". <br />
